Temporary office closure today for thorough disinfection

As an employee of our company has had an indirect contact with a COVID-19 case which was confirmed yesterday, to safeguard the wellbeing of our employees, customers and business partners, our office will be closed temporarily today (8 December 2020) for thorough cleaning and disinfection. That employee has been requested to take the COVID-19 test and stay at home for the result.
Our critical operations will continue to be maintained to minimise the impact on the service we provide to our customers and business partners as follows:
- Customer service hotline is operating but you may experience longer wait times than normal. Customers and business partners are welcome to contact us through email and online forms.
- Policy administrative works, including payment and cheque issuance may be slightly delayed.
- Fund switching instructions sent to us via email can be handled as usual according to the normal timeline. However, for fund switching instructions sent to us by post, they might be impacted by the potential delay due to the temporary office closure.
- Our office will be reopened tomorrow on 9 December 2020.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will closely monitor the situation and do all we can to better serve you.
