Full Resumption of Normal Operations

In consideration of the latest adjustments to social distancing measures by the HKSAR Government, we will fully resume normal operations and services starting from 3 May 2022.
Payments
- Surrender, withdrawal and claim: cheque issuance will be resumed
- Premium payment (for both initial and regular contributions): cheque payment is accepted
Policy Administration & Customer Service
- Policy change request: signed application form in true copy (paper format) is required for submission
- Customer online account activation key will be sent via post
To protect the health and well-being of our staff, customers and business partners, we are following the latest vaccine pass requirements by the HKSAR Government. In addition, all visitors will be requested to scan our Leave Home Safe QR code and fill out a health declaration form before entering our office.
We will keep adopting precautionary measures to ensure appropriate social distancing and personal hygiene in the workplace.
