Marketing Manager

職責: Strategy & Innovation

Purpose

Reporting to Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for provision of marketing input to existing and new propositions and market segments, to ensure effective communication of the company’s value proposition to stakeholders and enhance brand visibility & engagement. Ensure compliance with internal governance framework and regulatory guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support business strategy through the take-to-market planning and execution to raise awareness and advocacy of the company’s brand and propositions among target distributors and customers.
  • Build credibility of the Company’s brand via effective execution of marketing programmes (e.g. PR, corporate events, sponsorships, etc.) to get media mileage, garner awards and ensure positive perception of the Company.
  • Responsible for all online and offline marketing and communications initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by manager, e.g. product launch and regulatory changes.
  • Develop compelling product/marketing literature and sales aids to raise awareness of the Company’s brand & proposition. Ensure the quality of the tri-lingual (English/Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese) sales and marketing literature for proposition launches are met.
  • Support broker engagement strategies in coordination with Distribution and relevant teams.
  • Implement publicity programmes on corporate initiatives and major announcements.
  • Enhance the Company’s thought leadership in investment among brokers and customers by engaging fund house partners.
  • Partner closely with Digital to support the Company’s strategic direction in digitalisation, develop effective content and manage negative comments in social media, promote corporate image via digital platforms.
  • Work with cross teams to ensure the regulatory, internal risk management standards and internal brand guidelines, policies and process (e.g. Marcomm governance process) are met.
  • Manage projects (e.g. rebranding, product launch, regulatory changes, etc.) assigned as when required.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirements

  • University graduate with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in proposition marketing and take-to-market implementation
  • Knowledge of insurance, funds or wealth management preferred
  • Able to communicate and present professionally to all business units
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Simplified Chinese)
  • Excellent in interpersonal and problem solving skills
