職責: Digital & Technology

To provide a full range of information technology services and IT digital solutions required by the Company. Structure IT related activities and interactions of IT technical team with internal users and external stakeholders following the Company Service Management framework and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (“ITIL”) process.

• Design, provide estimation, implement and support in the new product design/campaign, operational design and system applicability
• Communicate with different product owners and business users to collect user requirements for new project initiatives implementation, plan and conduct UAT, arrange training for frontline, and support daily operations and enquiries
• Provide support on procedural design, user requirements, and functional requirement for system enhancements related to life insurance products
• Liaise with end users at all levels and IT groups on project implementations.
• Co-ordinate with marketing team in product campaign and customer communication platform. Evaluate digital marketing campaign.
• Monitor the market trend and make creative recommendations in order to keep abreast of customer needs.
• Identify information technology solutions or opportunities to support business growth.
• To provide prevent maintenance to production systems, including regular patch management, security scanning, vulnerability risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Vendor management including budget management

• University graduate in any computer related discipline
• Over 8 years’ relevant experience in system development and project management, with at least 3 years of Architecture experience is a must
• In-depth knowledge in System Development Life Cycle and project management methodology
• Experience in life insurance
• Experience with user coordination and vendor management
• Exposure in Mobile and/or Web-based systems related applications
• Solid working experience of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Hands on experience in JEE application development
• Good problem-solving skill, able to pick up new technologies.
• Knowledge in common Life administration system
• Knowledge and experience in DevOps development with containers is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Agile Software Development approach and Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE or PMP is an advantage
• Team leading experience is a preferable
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
