Senior Manager, Talent Management

職責: People

Purpose

Design talent programmes and development plans to attract and retain talents externally and internally and promote HASL Asia’s employee value propositions, company brand and corporate values.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design suitable talent programmes and career development journey for new joiners, talents (including HIPOs), leaders, including management trainees, graduates recruitment, internships and assignments.
  • Evaluate and promote employee value propositions for the business and develop employee engagement initiatives from time to time.
  • Drive and deliver a high performing working culture for the Company.
  • Work closely with HR business partners in understanding the talent needs and talent pipeline for succession planning.
  • Keep abreast of latest market/industry trend on talent initiatives and provide insights and proposals to senior management team on people development initiatives.
  • Liaise with group head office in Tianjin on talent development initiatives (e.g. 2-way cross-border assignments).
  • Lead various HR projects as when needed.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in driving business-wide people plan which is aligned with the strategic direction of the business.

Qualifications / Experience

  • University graduate or above
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources with relevant experience in talent management
  • An effective communicator, listener and a change agent with high energy level and positive mindset
  • Out-of-box and agile thinker
  • Solid hands-on experience with ability to work independently
  • High level of integrity with positive attitude and an ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time and project management capabilities
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word processing
